New Spot
As the Snow was melting away last week we found this awesome spot (Location Undisclosed) that still had plenty of snow. At Least a foot in certain places and being that the spot is well shady by trees it should keep snow around for quite some time. Below is a pic of Evan Drage getting things done... Enjoy

This past weekend Cooper and myself decided to make a trip down to SIA for a fun filled adventure. We met up with Suga Point Outerwear and had a real good time! Your Boy "Young Coop"
Young Cooper Thomas and his Double Backy before all these dub corks and dub flips became popular again. We would like to think that Mister Thomas was the reason for making them the "cool" thing to do again. Thanks Cooper always one step ahead of the game... cause well you know this is just how we do !

Day to Night
Monday night Ogden received more snow than expected, which meant one thing, time to stack some more footage! Seeing that the weather has been completely bi-polar lately (50 plus degrees in January), we decided to make the most of the 3 inches of snow in town while it lasted.
The session didn't get rolling until around 2pm, due to school taking up our lives, and lasted to about 9:45pm.. A good solid 7 and a half hour session between all of us. The Crew consisted of Cody Lee, Jordan Noe, Tristan Sadler, and Mitch H. and lets just say some bangers were thrown down as well as a N.B.D
Here are some pics to contrast Day and Night.

Brighton Pow Day
Today, well was quite the day! Started off with an idea to send it to Park City for some Rail Missions, however, due to the over whelming celebrity population there this week thanks to Sundance Film Fest, we decided against such a wonderful idea and sent it to Brighton Ski Resort to find some wonderful pow and it turned out to be an oh so epic day! The crew consisted of Zach Lancaster, Cooper Thomas, Matty Ryan, Mike Weed, and Tritty Cent. Here are some portraits after shredding all day.

New Trick
In the days of the Double/Triple Cork and Death stunts done in the streets such as jumping from building to building, town to town, city to city etc. you get the gist. we have another progression taking place which I think we should all become apart of! .. not sure what you would call this trick but lets say this much, this dude is something of a magic man of sorts.

Why is it that Quebec produces so many good riders in the street scene. I havn't even heard of this kid and then boom just drops out a part with a bunch of solid tricks and good style! Not to sure about the song though, however the part is still on point!

Lago breaks his jaw
Filming for the new brain farm movie "The Art of Flight" from Travis Rice and associates. Apparently they built some monster of a jump and were warming up with some doubles, Scotty underrotated a switch backside double rodeo and took a chin to the face. Sounds like this movie is gonna be good, teaser comes out soon.

I've got respect for cops, they've gotta do their job and we've gotta do ours. It's a mutual agreement that we might have some conflict of interests while hitting rails. But this particular officer was chill at first and then got really offended when Tristan slid down the bank on his snowboard rather than walk down the ice covered steps.... He didn't like my comment that it was probably safer to heel down the little hill rather than try and walk down where one might slip and fall-but he claimed that snowboarding down was "much more dangerous" and that "we can't have any of that on campus."
It was pretty clear he didn't like us, and didn't like being filmed so we'll stay away from this guy for a while. If you're ever up at Weber State watch out for the cop with the nasty, nasty teeth.

More from the Streetz
Had a good day yesterday. 3 spots, 12+ hours, and plenty of shots.
And I broke my helmet somehow, I don't remember doing it which isn't exactly a good thing...

Da Streetz
Update from the streets. We hit a near perfect down bar over the weekend, if only it had a natural run in because pulling the bungee can get really tiring. Either way we had a big crew and got it done.
The crew setting up. We had 12 people sleeping in a 4 person dorm room at an undisclosed Idaho University.
When you catch the rail upon takeoff and fly headfirst into the rail and stairs, it's a pretty good day when this is the worst that happens. Stay tuned for a little edit of some of our wrecks

Footy Leak
Here is a sneak peek photo of what went down on one of the HARDEST but EASIEST looking rail I think we have all experienced.. was super fun for some and frustrating for others. Turned out that this rail is more of a balancing act then anything else... oh well we are determined to go back with a better strategy for next time!!

Xgames Real Snow
This year Xgames decided to scratch into the core side of things and let riders film for a month then submit a 1 minute clip that fans would vote on. The nominees are in and it's time to vote, everyone killed it but I have to say my vote goes to Louif with Nic Suave right behind him. See for yourself at:

More from New Years Eve
Setup, it was hard to jump without goggles on sometimes.
David Van Wagenen
Hit the lights!
Alex Gavic getting inverted
Given the size of the jump, I was mostly attempting double 180s and a triple 180 once in a while. But the skier (Gerard Dadali I think) was somehow doing 900s.
